WHAT AGE ARE YOUR PRODUCTS DESIGNED FOR?

WHAT IS IN THE SENSORY DOUGH AND RICE?
We use mainly non toxic food grade ingredients in our sensory dough and rice. Desert Sand also includes non toxic play sand. You can find more details in the allergy information section.
HOW LONG DOES SENSORY DOUGH LAST FOR?
The sensory play dough has an expected life span of 3-6 months as long as it is stored in the air tight container provided. Washing hands before play and regularly playing with the dough could make it last longer. Salts crystals may form on top of the dough which is normal, Play with it and it will disappear. We always include our care instruction card in each order.
HOW DO I CARE FOR MY TOOLS AND ACCESSORIES?
After using your tools and accessories, It is important to wash them immediately with warm soapy water, rinse out the soap and leave to dry. DO NOT SOAK them in water or put in the dishwasher.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY ORDER?
It depends on the time you place your order & how busy we get. Most times it takes between 1-2 weeks for standard shipping option but we always give a clearer estimate in the shipping section. If you need the products urgently, always select the express shipping option ( processing time is 1-3 days and we use DHL Parcel force or UPS with next day delivery service) to avoid any disappointments.

There is a box in the cart section where you can leave your personalised message . Our packaging is Eco friendly, can be recycled or Re-useable.
I AM HAVING AN EVENT, DO YOU PROVIDE WHOLESALE PRICES?
It depends on the quantities you are after and we are happy to negotiate for the right quantities. At the moment, we offer wholesale to charities | organisers or individuals planning an event | party.
DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE THE UK?
Yes we do ship to the EU. Customers are responsible for any charges and tax incurred by customs.
